I would not. I would buy a netbook that has larger hard drive some with much longer battery and can close it when not in use to keep from hurting it. I myself really don't see any need for this. ipod touch is nice,small fits into my pocket and can do what this does.

That being said, $150.00 - $200.00 with data plan, though i would only get it for my girl, i do not support apple products but i would buy one for her as she wants one, she prevails over my petty differences.

Why would you need an IPS panel on this. You arent going to be running photoshop so you dont need the color rendering. You are going to be watching movies and games so you would want something that is a little bit faster than an IPS panel. Just my two cents. Not to mention with a glass screen its gonna be hard to tell the difference.

I would buy the base model for $300. $500 for the base model with 16GB of storage is completely ridiculous. I also feel like the 3G ones should be subsidized; I shouldn't be paying more to be paying more.
