The one gadget I use ALL the time, EVERYWHERE I go (pretty much) is my MP3 player (also serves as USB pendrive). I listen to music, audiobooks, and audio courses, and it is an inseparable companion and savior for walks and those dreadful bank lines (among others)

I can't believe that in so many articles people ask the so 2005-ish "Will it run crysis" question...YET there is no one here commenting about their lives without a crysis running device.

As for me in the case of gadgets...an internet enabled device will suffice.

In the literal sense, I could live without any gadgets (I'm not in the ICU, y'know - and saying I'd die if I didn't have a convenience gadget is a bit melodramatic).

However, what would be a major hassle for me to give up? A laptop + smartphone with mobile broadband. Having the internet almost anywhere is too great of a convenience, especially when trying to buy computer cables. (Go ahead and compare a DVI to HDMI cable at any brick and mortar store to one you can find online and tell me that $60/month internet doesn't pay for itself!) The internet is great - newspapers, shopping, books, radio, TV, mail, photo exchange, and so much more 24/7!

What I use the most: PC's + internet, home television, electronic calculator at work, automatic watches, digital cameras, bicycle. I carry a cellphone everyday but don't use it as much as the average person does.

HTC Diamond (for every day use as phone, gps, music), EOS 5D MK-II (the best camera there is), PC (where would we be without one), PS3 (more than just gaming - media hub), external 2.5" hdd (to carry stuff with me from office to home and wo store movies I watch on the train while commuting)

Come on people, they asked "What we want to know from you is what other electronic devices and gadgets you can't live without, besides the computer". And half of you are replying, "PC". Also, it is pretty much a given that most people would not do without their cell phone, no surprise there at all. You all can do better than that, I would hope!
