[SOLVED] Quad channel memories

Hi,

I got an x79 motherboard from Jingsha about six months ago. It's working perfect with 2x E5 2650 v2 xeon processors. At first I reused 4x stick of corsair vengeance regular memory sticks. Yesterday I got 8x sticks of ecc DDR3 memories, I was anxious to see if it work with four channel memory. However, after put all the sticks CPU-Z still recognize as dual channel. Here is the view:

The total amount of memory was recognized, 8x 8gb and the chipset is recognized as x79-SL2011

The clocks had to be configured manually I tried this config:

Looking further on North Bridge configuration I found this info:

This chipset was supposed to work in quad-channel, this info means that the motherboard was built wrong? Or is it something that could be solved in setup?
 
Solution
Update CPU-Z to the current version and run again. Also, drop the memory back to the default (AUTO) speed selected by the motherboard (likely 1333).

Are all 8 DIMMs the exact same make/model?

The last picture only shows 48GB of your 64GB of memory. Do you also have Node 1 Channel 3 DIMM 0 and 1 installed?

Does your motherboard manual indicate preferred channels to install memory into? What is the actual make/model of the motherboard?

All 8 DIMMs are from the same model, Kllisre DDR3 8GB ECC server memory 1866MHz.

The whole info didn't fit on the screen but it's exactly the same config of cpu 0 on cpu 1. Ch 2/3 Dimm 0/1.

The manual indicate A1 B1 A2 B2 - C1 D1 C2 D2 but I'm using all 8 slots. The model is Jingsha X79 ATX Motherboard Desktop Computer for CPU E5 2680 v2 2011 Motherboard. Here is a picture from Newegg:

Both CPUs are working fine with Hyperthreading enabled, I'm also using the M.2 NVMe port with an Adata XPG working with 2200mb/s. I believe that this is not one inferior chipset, as some users complained from other brands.

Just some additional info.

I also have this screen on setup where I put this "4 way" on Channel and Rank Interleaving to see if something changes, I changed back to auto, no changes perceived:

That's the info that CPUz presents, when I change the slot I see the same value for Part number and serial number:

Not sure about that specific motherboard, but some server motherboards have CPU settings that affect memory channel access for compatibility.
Also, as @COLGeek says, reset the memory timings to default. Try to get them recognized properly first then tweak.
Another possibility is that the RAM isn't fully compatible. Is that RAM high density? Your board may only take low density if all slots are filled.
