Quad Channel Ram on this Mobo?

Hey guys I was looking at a new Ramm Kit. This one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231503

I have this mobo with an i7 2600

Will this ram work? will it remain quad channel? Mobo only says it supports dual channel.

Quad channel ram is only supported by the x79 on socket 1155. Your board will only run it in dual channel mode.
