Quad core only showing up as 1?! dramatic drop in performace

My cpu performance has tanked recently. Only shows 1 core on boot advanced options, cpu-z, and task manager. how do I fix this? I unchecked the 1 core option on advanced settings of boot and restarted still no solution...

I have the same problem as him. Although i did not try clearing the CMOS.
