Question Quadchannel ddr4 cl16 (3200mhz) only clocks at 1833mhz How do i OC them to atleast 2400mhz?

Today i bought new ram for my computer,The Gskill Ripjaws 3200mhz but in quadchannel they are only clocked at 1833 mhz.
I tried to overclock them to atleast 2400 mhz with the XMP Profile but it doesnt work,the clock speed is not going above that 1833 mhz.

My System:
X370 Taichi
Ryzen 1800x
4x8gb Gskill Ripjaws 3200mhz cl16
Asus Strix RTX2070
Samsung 970 PRO 512GB
Samsung 970 EVO 1TB

That CPU doesn't support quad channel, only 2 dual channel. With that MB using both IMC channels, you'd be lucky to get much above base (2133MHz) frequency, specially if it's not Samsung b-die based memory. You might want to try https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ryzen-dram-calculator/ to help you set it up manually.

That doesnt work either i Think, i just send the memory back and buy 2 stracks of 16 gb.The other 2 x8 I would Sell or sth. Cause then i would get my 2933 or 3000 mhz back or? Before i got exactly 3000 mhz

Are you using the latest BIOS? What settings did you input in BIOS? Have you tried XMP Profile? If it does not work you can manually lower DRAM Frequency, with XMP enabled, until the system can boot and run properly.

Got the latest BIOS. I tried XMP and Dram Frequency does not work
i just buy 2x16 gb stacks so i can upgrade it if i need to
