It would be better to order from a single shop. I'm from Australia as well and I ordered everything from PCCaseGear. Other than that your build looks good.

Why hav u chosen a Xeon? Surely an i5 is a far better option for a gaming rig?

I'd change 2 things.

1. Get a 2x4GB kit of RAM, that way it'll run in dual channel and be faster.
2. Change the CPU to this: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646e31230v3 There's no point in paying $25 for an extra 0.1 GHz.

Not really - i5 has HD4600 integrated graphics which i wouldnt need to use with the r9 290. So I can pay less for more pure cpu. Plus I'll get hyperthreading
