[SOLVED] quality of video/stream

hi i have a question about when i go watch a video on youtube it sometimes randomly go to 720p with the auto quality mode on youtube and the same on twitch but some of the streamers i watch on twitch made so on there streams you can watch the streams in 900p60 and 1080p60 and 1080p60 on youtube videos but the auto quality dosent set the quality to the highest af default is the problem my gpu or bc i dont have a 144hz monitor. but it cant be my ethernet that can be the problem bc i get 1000/1000 ethernet. so plz anyone have a idea how to do so auto quality go to the highest quality by default on youtube and twitch

Auto quality in streams depends on the speed of your internet connection. Nothing to do with the video card or monitor or your ethernet card speed.
