Quest For THE Best Monitor

Hello everyone! The selection I have picked out are all from Acer Predator Line and these are all IPS. I want to know what would give me the best Immersion that is so beautiful it would result in my mind would melt and eyes become blinded. I'm able to accommodate as far as GPU which I'll be getting a single MSI GTX 980 Ti Gaming 6G but will be able to get two for the more demanding resolutions. Here are my options: XB271HU (27" 1440p 144hz 4ms), X34 (34" 2K 60-100hz 4ms), XB271HK (27" 4K 60hz 4ms), and XB321HK (32" 4K 30-60hz 4ms). What would you recommend out of those four. I will be spend A LOT of hours on Witcher 3 so immersion is very important. Like I said, if I need a second GPU that is fine. If you plan on sticking with nvidia, the XB271HU might give you the best overall experience for games
