Question About Applications

So I have 2 256 SSD's setup as RAID. Running Windows 8.1....I am now down to 175gb of space which is still fine but if I decided to install another either SSD or standard SATA hard drive can I move or reinstall the apps on that drive and run them from there?

Sure. Uninstall on the current drive and reinstall on the new drive. Hopefully the uninstall won't delete any settings you have for any particular application and you can copy them to the new drive. Or you could copy them to the new drive before uninstalling.
