[SOLVED] Question About Clean Installing Windows 10

Long story short, my laptop somehow got screwed up by the latest Windows update and I need to do a clean install of Windows 10. I've gotten to a pop up that asks where I want to install Windows 10 and I'm unsure what to do. Here's what all the options are:
Drive 0 Partition 1 - 260.0 MB - 168.0 MB - System
Drive 0 Partition 2 - 16.0 MB - 16.0 MB - MSR (Reserved)
Drive 0 Partition 3: Windows - 916.6 GB - 715.6 GB - Primary
Drive 0 Partition 4: Windows RE tools - 980.0 MB - 414.0 MB - Recovery
Drive 0 Partition 5: RECOVERY - 13.7 GB - 1.6 GB - OEM (Reserved)

is there anything on laptop you want to save?
if so,
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type notepad and press enter
in notepad, select file>open
Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or external hdd

if there is nothing you want to rescue on the PC, I would delete all of those partitions, Then click on the unallocated space and click next, win 10 will create the 4 partitions it needs.

Yeah, a majority of my files are already backed up but there's a couple I wanted to try to save. Unfortunately when I try to go to notepad and copy the files over I get and error that says "an unexpected error is keeping you from copying the folder" and the error is 0x80004005
