Question about DOS and Windows 10

Hello,
I'm about to order a laptop from my hometown electronics shop and i saw in specifications that the operating system that's installed in the device is DOS.
I googled it and have understanding what it is but i was wondering if i will be able to install windows 10 on it just like on any other computer through usb flash?

That is probably FreeDOS?
That is just there to give basic functionality to the system.

You can install Win 10 on it, but buying your own Win 10 would almost certainly be more expensive than if it were preinstalled on the laptop.

Win 10 Home.
Pro, only if you need the corporate specific features it includes. There is no performance difference.
