My gpu has been broken by hackers and i have question here, do they know what hardware i have through my IP address ?

My gpu coolers are spinning immediately after I power on my PC, sometimes has image, sometimes not.

How did you come to the conclusion that those individuals ruined your GPU?

Sounds like your GPU might be failing or having issues being powered up or your drivers might've been corrupt.

Can you please pass your specs to your build like so:

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

But without further information on your hardware, there isn't much we out here can do.

Only thing "hackers" could do is to mess up your OS or drivers. can't do anything to hardware.

Hello.
As previous members said earlier, to be "hacked" means that an un-authorised person entered into your computer using some kind of vulnerability.
After he/she entered in your system we suppose that he/she took info from your computer.
Or in some cases they "plant" a spyware or a keylogger to steal sensitive info about your accounts and bank information.
On the other hand there we some viruses that were able to use your hardware to "mine" for a third party person.
But i never ever heard of a person that enter into some1 system to flash the BIOS of the video card.
On the other hand what you describe here is a tradition failure of your hardware.
