Question question about having 3 fans at top of closed chassi

so i recently got a p600s chassi which have 7 chassi fan locations, being 3 at the top and back while 2 on the front.

The chassi's front and top has removable lids with some kind of mesh behind which you can leave open for better airflow or closed for a better sound lvl

so i was wondering if having 3 fans located at the top of the case will cause any issues with the airflow from the rest of the fans if i have the lid on the top closed ?

What were you going to make the 3 fans? intakes or exhausts?

How do they breathe or exhaust any air through top if you have lid on?

I think you would be wasting fans. Maybe one exhaust fan with the cover on. Three would just create more noise without being able to exhaust more air.
