Question Question about if my 2nd nvme faster than my main (bootdrive)?

So i have 1tb msi spatium m480 as my main bootdrive & just bought the 2tb ones. my plan is to just make the 2tb ones as my work (blender,etc) & game drive. but since the speed on 2tb is faster my question is, does my old 1tb will affect its performance on apps? is it worth the hassle to put the 2tb as my main?

I have deepcool assassin III cooler that are extra pain to install, not to mention migrating windows. i just want to know if it affect the performance or not, or it's negligible.

You'll be fine, since they're the same drive with a minor speed bump. The SSD's will all occupy their individual slots, meaning they shouldn't be affecting the speed of your primary SSD. Make and model of your motherboard? Processor for your build?
