Question about new motherboard

Well hello everyone my new motherboard finally arrived but there is a tiny bit of solid yellow goop on it..do you guys know what it is? Is it dangerous to the motherboard? Thanks in advance.

That's kind of blurry, so I'm only guessing at what I'm seeing. Is it hard 'goop' or soft/wet goop? Maybe a closer clearer pic would help.

Hi Clutchc yeah its hard sorry for the blurry image i will try to get a better picture but thats what it is two yellow drops or something. Should i remove it? tomorrow i will try to install it to see how it goes

I definitely would not try to disturb it. Looks like an adhesive from what I can see in the blurry picture.
