Question Question about Newegg Open Box Motherboards

I'm not finding a suitable way to contact Newegg for this question, so I thought I'd try my question here. I know that buying open box does not guarantee the board will come with all its accessories, but is an IO shield considered an accessory? Have any of you had experience with buying open box items from them?

The I/O shield can be hit or miss if you don't see it specifically listed. Usually, they are easy to find on eBay and the like.

many newer boards don't have a separate i/o shield anymore anyway. it is attached to the heatsink included over the vrm's and such many are including.

look close and you may find it is attached to the board already. link the page and we can look at it and help see what it looks like.
