Question About OEM?

Do I need a license to use this? The OEM 64 bit is much cheaper than the regular one. I have been trying to gather as much info as I can on using it? If I build the computer myself Can I use the OEM as my OS? Just making sure, still a first timer at this.

Short answer, yes. The OEM OS just means that that version of the OS is all that is there (retail usually has the 32bit, and 64bit), with the liscense key.

I only use OEM.

You can't transfer an OEM to another computer down the road if you get rid of this one or it fails!OEM receives no Microsoft Support!
