So I recently followed a guide on how to overclock ram and this is what I ended up with. The ram in question is F4-3200C14D-16GFX and it's currently running at 1.410V.

What I'm curious about is if these timings seem to be okay or if I need to change something.

Wave you tested the ram for stability?
Run memtest86+
It boots from a usb stick and does not use windows.
You can download it here:

If you can run a full pass with NO errors, your ram should be ok.

Running several more passes will sometimes uncover an issue, but it takes more time.
Probably not worth it unless you really suspect a ram issue.

You may have won the silicon lottery and found a superior set of ram chips that g.skil testing did not find.
Or... perhaps not if it is not stable.

Definitely stability test, that's Samsung B-die ram so you'll want to keep an eye on temps as well. They don't like going over 44C, can lead to instability.

If it passes perfectly fine as you have it now you might want to try and lower your voltage closer to 1.35V if you can maintain stability. Although with that frequency you'll likely need the extra volts... Plus side is B-die is pretty happy at your voltage, not an issue at all assuming temps are under control

Also check for whea errors in event viewer every few days or so.
