Question about parts that I'll upgrade my PC with

I'm thinking upgrading certain parts of my 'crap' PC and I'm wondering if these parts are good.

My current PC:
CPU: AMD FX-4300 quad core
Motherboard: MSI 760GMA-P34
GPU: NVIDIA GT730 2GB
RAM: 8gb ddr3-1600
Power supply: 'idk the company' 350W

Resolution:1280x1024

I would like your thoughts and feedback on the parts I choose.

My reason for upgrading is to play some other games I have that I cannot run now: Payday 2, Black Desert Online, and just to run my games and PC smoother.

the cx power supplys are junk the evga units are a better unit for the money.
the newer pascal gpu paper lanch is first week in april. newer gpu are showing up in may-june time frame.
