Question about Ram Compatibility

Hello,

I'm getting ready to buy some new ram as mine is faulty. Anyway, I wanna get Corsair 16GB (2133 Mhz) will it work with this motherboard?

It says "Supports DDR3 2133(OC)/1866(OC)/1600/1333/1066 non-ECC, un-buffered memory"

Thanks for the reply! I have a 2600k CPU. This brings me to the next question. I saw that the Ram I was looking at says the compatibility is 3rd and 4th gen core processors but mine is 2nd gen. Is that a no-go on that Ram?

Those should work fine w/ the 2600K, it's a good strong CPU, might need a slight OC of the CPU, would say no more than 4 or so, just over the turbo boost
