Question about ram

Hi,
I've just build a new system and have some questions about my ram. The kit I bought is 8gb Corsair Vengeance 3000 mhz, however it has been automatically set to run at around 1200 MHz. If I manually set it to 3000 MHz with D.O.C.P in the bios will I have any issues?

You should be okay running it at docp

1200 MHz is the actual clock as the rates is doubled for ddr design. Even if you get to 3000, likely you will see 1500 MHz somewhere.
