Question About Replacing an AIO Fan

Hi all,

I have a Kraken M22 for my build. It seems as though it gets pretty loud and also doesn't cool that effectively (honestly, I bought it only for that infinity mirror look).

I was thinking of either replacing the stock fan that came with the M22: Aer P120

My 2 choices for replacement are:
Noctua NF-A12x15 PWM
https://noctua.at/en/products/fan/nf-a12x25-pwm/specification
OR
Be Quiet Silent Wings 3 PWM

Is this a good idea or will I be sacrificing too much performance?

I've read that I'm supposed to focus on static pressure for AIO pumps as opposed to CFM for standard case cooling.

Any other recommendations out there?

Solution
High airflow fans are for open environments. Static Pressure fans are fans that are for CPU coolers and radiators along with any other place that has airflow restrictions (it has a lesser air flow performance, but when it comes to radiators and CPU coolers, it performs better than air flow optimized fans). Static pressure fans have a focused flow.
Static pressure is the force the air can pushed out of the fan.
High air flow is a measurement of cubic feet per minute of air the fan can move at its peak.
