Question Question about running Cinebench R23 benchmark, no idea if its running normal (First Time User)

When i start the Test (Single/Multi), my CPU goes to 100% usage, 2-3 sec it stays like that, than drops down, goes up 100% , goes down, goes up etc. till its finished. Is this how it should run, or do i have a Problem?
(I was watching with the Taskmanager the Usage)

what specs of the PC? (in case that helps)
it should be running 100% for all cores on the multi, or at least mine was.

Intel 10700F latest Win 10.

So it should be running 100% during the whole Test?

I think so, I can't get an actual answer but I didn't notice any time my 6 cores stopped processing during a test.

what cooling are you using? it might be throttling.
What temps are you getting?

Mine was running at 71c during test. but its not same CPU.

It should be running at 100% all the time during the multi-threaded test. Sounds like something not quite right, what score did you get by the way?
