[SOLVED] question about the corsair 4000d airflow case

I ordered the arctic freezer 2 280mm water cooler and I dont think its gonna fit on top would the 240mm fit on top with G skill ripjaws v series ram? or should I go with corsair h100x cpu cooler

The Arctic Liquid Freezer is actually chunkier than it seems.
You will need to have some low profile ram like Corsair LPX for example for it to fit on top.
I would say you can't mount it on the top.
But you can fit it on the front without any problems if it doesnt fit on top.

Corsair 4000d officially supports Corsair H100i 240mm rad top mounted AIO and up to H150i according to specs.
Correctly fitted the AIO would not interfere with your RAM.

Yes that will work and it's a quiet one with Mag Lev fans. Suitable for moderate Overclocks.

i ended up sending the case back im gonna get a full tower and not worry about it thanks tho
