Question about Thermaltake Commander MS-I

I'm upgrading my pc soon and I'm not sure if everything will fit correctly, most notably, the R9 290. Here are the parts I'm going to be upgrading to. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rZnRHx
Also, this cpu shouldn't bottleneck my GPU, correct?

The 4690k is a true quad core clocked at 3.5GHz AND it's unlocked for overclocking @ $179.99.
The MOTHERBOARD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130779 MSI z97 PC Mate is super reliable and overclock capable.
EVGA makes awesome power supplies. And in my opinion, AMD gpu's are wwaayyyy too power hungry for the performance they give. GTX 970 all day baby.
AND if you buy your mobo + cpu from Micro Center, then it will be 40 bucks off the mobo making it cheaper than your current build you posted up there.

Sure but it says in store only. There are no micro centers in my state. It'd be best if I could order all my parts. Also what is wrong with the 4440?
