Question about Thermaltake HSF

I am putting together a computer for someone out of various pieces of other computers and I happened to notice that the Thermaltake HSF that I am using from one of the computers has the fan attached in such a way as it's blowing air on to the heatsink and towards the CPU rather than away from it. Is that right? Shouldn't it be blowing air away from the heatsink and CPU? Since most HSFs are put together already, I've never really taken the time to pay attention to wether the air is blowing in or out before. This fan is mounted with label down, blowing air onto the heatsink. Thanks for any help!

That is the correct way for the air to move as, the fan moves the air across the coils which is what it's supposed to do. That's a normal way for it to operate.
