I have an aerocool SI 5100 case but I don't know at what intervals of time I should clean the filter before they clog and damage the cooling of the entire pc, does this case have a filter on the front panel that it is necessary to remove the panel? how to remove the filter under the source without damaging them? I already contacted the manufacturer but they didn't know how to answer it seems to me that they are attendants without much knowledge

Clean the filter as often as you feel is necessary, but do it at least once a year.
It looks like the filter is integrated into the front panel, so taking the filter out means removing it too:

I guess the front panel just requires a little elbow grease to remove.

Nice looking case.
It looks to me like the front mesh is what is doing the filtering.
I would just wipe a towel across the front from time to time to reduce any dust buildup on the outside.

In time, you will find the the interior parts will accumulate dust/grime.
You can get rid of dust with canned air or a hand held vacuum fan blower.
The key here is to immobilize any fans as you clean.
Otherwise, a fan will spin up past it's max safe speed and get damaged.
A thin screwdriver can do this for case fans, psu, and graphics card.
For built up grime, a damp cloth can do the job.
