CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i v2 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Motherboard: MSI H110M Gaming Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3200 Memory

Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive / Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card

I'd recommend switching that liquid cooler for a Hyper 212, the liquid cooling is marginally better then a good air cooler.
You do not need 32GB if you're just gaming. You haven't said what you use it for, but 32GB is overkill in pretty much any build. 8GB is minimum for gaming, 16GB recommended amount. Also, get a lower RAM speed. RAM speed makes no noticeable difference, except fast RAM costs a lot more then slow. Get one thats 2133 or 2400 MHz.
You should just buy a i5-6600 if you're going with a non-overclocking motherboard.
That PSU is also overkill. You only need around 400W, and you don't need 80+ Gold, for which I'd bet you're paying a big premium for.

Thank's for the reply i will definitely be looking into everything you have said.

It depends what you're planning to do with it.

Liquid cooling is overrated with a 6700k if.its not for.looks.
A 212 Evo is a good suggestion, personally I'd go with a Cryorig H7 or a BeQuiet Shadow Rock slim. Easier to install, quieter, better cooling performance and only a few bucks more expensive.

You've been pairing the best skylake CPU with the cheapest supporting mainboard. Get a Z170 board if you wish to overclock or a nice B150/H170 board if you don't want to (and downgrade the CPU to a chip without a "k" next to it)

Furthermore if it's only for gaming an i5 will suffice.
An i7 is nice, no doubt. But in most games it performs just the same as an i5.

Same goes for RAM however a few applications (WinRAR, editing software, battlefield series & fallout 4) likes higher clocked RAM. If the 3200MHz RAM is not much more expensive keep it, otherwise go with the fastest cheap RAM you can find. If you're not doing video editing 16Gb RAM is all you need.

The MSI is a good card. However it's almost always overpriced. An Asus Dual or Strix, Gainward Phoenix, Palit Gamerock, Zotac AMP, Gigabyte G1 or Inno3d iChill x4 will be as fast, as quiet and as cool as the MSI while being up to 100$ cheaper.
Forget about boost/core clocks, with boost 3.0 they all clock to ~2000MHz out of the box.

You won't need 750W. A 450-550W PSU will suffice (most quality units start at 550W)
While EVGA Gold certified units are good, some of them aren't. G2/G3/GS are great, G1/GQ aren't so much.

Another suggestion for cooling is the Raijintek Aidos, if you want to save some money, it's only 15£.

Pairing a non-overclocking CPU with the cheapest motherboard is fine. Best or worst motherboard, the CPU performs the same. If you're going for the 6700k, you should get a decent Z170 for around £80, otherwise, get the cheapest H110 for around £40.

I recommend getting the cheapest 1070 you can find that has 2+ fans. 1 fan is generally too loud.

If you want a good budget PSU, go for the 600W Aerocool Integrator, otherwise there are some slightly more expensive 80+(Not bronze/silver/gold) EVGA PSUs. I can give links if you tell me what website to buy from.

Thank's for the reply and i am looking to play quite heavy PC Games like Battlefield, ARMA and ARK Survival Evolved etc, at the highest graphic setting and still reach up to 60fps.

battlefield likes i7s, the other games to my knowledge don't care. the i5-6600k is a very good cpu. IF you can comfortably afford the i7, yeah why not. in 9/10 games the i7 won't really do much for you unless you're doing a lot of multitasking (music player + skype doesn't count as multitasking)
I'd get a nice Z170 board between 120-150$ (depending on the available budget), downgrade the RAM to 16GB and a speed below 3000MHz, and get the cheapest of the 1070s I mentioned above.
MatthewGB is generally right that you could pick the cheapest 1070 you can find, personally the cheapest of the series listed above would be my favourite as they usually come with a better pcb, backplate, better cooling. but yeah, if you're stretching your budget the cheapest will do just fine.

a 450-550W quality supply can handle an overclocked i7+a 1070 with ease.
supplies I suggest are the EVGA Supernova GS/G2/G3/B2, Corsair RMi/RMx, Seasonic G/M12II, XFX XTR/TS Gold/TS/Core/Pro, Super Flower Leadex/(Golden) King/Golden Green Hx/Hx, Antec High Current/High Current Gamer/Edge/Truepower Classic, Cooler Master V/Vanguard/Vs or at last resort the Corsair CXM550

OK so for everyone still replying (thanks!). Iv'e changed a lot of the parts and the price has gone down significantly. And i have taken most of the recommendations into account. I have also looked at a lot of benchmarks for the games i want to play for the current parts in this list and so far i'm happy with the choices iv'e made. But if you still think i should change anything please reply.

Your motherboard is overpriced. You should spend less then 160aud on an overclocking motherboard and 80aud for non overclocking.
120aud is far too much for a 550w psu. I would recommend an aerocool integrator 600w or evga white 500w.

- picked a better PSU. Seasonic & SuperFlower are the best. Honestly the 2 MatthewGB suggested are like the minimum for PSUs that don't take your system with you when they fail. Seasonics last for up to a decade.
- went with a cheaper yet quality board. Any cheaper board on pcpp I'd stay away as they're hardly worth.their price
- went with a different case. While the SPEC works with a 212 the 212 is above specs and hard to fit in
- overspending on a 1060 isn't worth it. No matter what the specs say, 1060s all perform the same when they're sufficiently cooled. So I threw in a cheaper Asus, that works quite good.

OK so i have looked at all the parts, the MOBO is great and i definitely will be swapping that out for the ASRock but i will keep the GPU because i'm going for a red/black PC colour (i don't mind paying that extra $15), and i will also be swapping the case for a NZXT S340 which seems to be big enough for the CPU cooler.
