Question: Front panel io connectors for Corsair 200r case

The Corsair 200R case comes with front panel io connectors that are full black and the HD audio, Power SAW, Reset SW and HDD LED all have a single arrow on one side, presumably to represent the intended orientation.
I am currently struggling to figure out how I should connect these cables to the motherboard, I know the position but not the orientation.
What does the arrow represent please/ what is the orientation of front io connectors on the Asus H110M-K motherboard?

my guess would be the arrow is +

and the orientation will be in the motherboard manual and possibly on the board as well--though in tiny writing
