[SOLVED] Question Microphone won't work (my friend needs help)

Hello there. My friend has a problem with a microphone not wanting to work on windows 10. He doesn't have front jack, but he has rear one and PC is registering that mic is plugged in, but it doesn't work and no one can hear him on any application. We can only slightly hear sometimes videos he is listening to, but not him. He has this problem for 4 months now, he never had it before. Latest update of windows 10.
Hes headset is "Sharkoon Rush er1"

There are two 3.5 mm (1/8 inch) TRS plugs - what rear jack is each plug connected to?

Use "WIN" + "I" > Devices > Audio to check the configuration settings for the microphone(s).

Right click the small speaker icon usually located in the lower right screen corner. You should see four menu choices that all lead to various audio related settings via Windows, Tabs, and Properties.

You can also try the built in Windows 10 troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.
