Solution
With a dual core CPU and a 520 GPU, I'd expect very little in the way of gaming performance. Turn ALL the settings in the game to their Lowest levels. See how well the game plays then.

If its hitting 60FPS or more (use FRAPS to measure), then slow increase the graphic settings till it drops below 60FPS. Once it does, back up to the settings just before that and enjoy the games.
Try GPU-Z and see if it says the same thing.
Try restarting your computer and see if it changes.
It's possible your GPUs memory died, but I would suspect it wouldn't work at all if that's the case.
Also download Speccy: https://www.piriform.com/speccy and post what it says under Summary for your system config.
What slot on the motherboard is the GPU plugged into?
Did you recently install this GPU?
Do you have any problems playing video games?
Is the video cable connected to the GPU or the motherboard?

So speccy says your graphics card has 2047 MBs, so system info was wrong.

Your graphics card also isn't a strong graphics card, it's really only so you can have graphics, as opposed to not having graphics. It's very weak/very low-end.

Which game(s) do you have problems with? Are you running the game on it's absolute lowest settings, because you have to with your card.

Your Ram is also painfully slow. You have an old slow system that's showing its age really bad most likely.

Your Ram setup is also weird, 6gbs shouldn't really be done with DDR3, you want 1,2,4,8,16, ect to get 6 you need an awkward setup that might make addressing memory complicated as well.

You also didnt say which games you're having problems with.

I see, now i understand dont expect a lot from my card then..
ok yeh im thinking of buyin a new one,

im PLaying games like Dota 2, HON (Heros of Newearth )
those games..
