question on abit IS7mb. attn. crashman

have ordered abit IS7 board , I have 2 questions about it.
1-- some reviews say it has the 865 equivalent of pat, but no place on there site says this. Does it or not
2-- seen on forum where they say pat is a marketing ploy, but some reviews say it does speed things up. What is the answer

Hehe, you have to turn performance level to F1 to get all the speed tweaks, I'm not sure which performance level enables PAT.

It really is a shortcut in the memory pathway to lower latency.
