question on BIOS flashing

I just finished flashing the BIOS on my ABIT BE6 to the latest version, but am concerned about 1 major thing. Since my MB came out, there have been aprox 5 or 6 updates to BIOS, and I basically just jumped from the original, to the latest. My question is this... Like driver updates... do BIOS updates keep upgrading the same info, as in all the previous updates + the latest are all included, or did I miss out on upgrades from older files?

just grab the latest , you will automatically get all , trust me , been there done it
