I don't pay any attention (except to purge the Jyhad backs
as soon as I have "enough" non-Jyhad backed versions of the
same).

i sort my events by type, and within gehenna events by number of other
gehenna events they require in play. with becomming of ennoia (which i
suspect i will never ever see in play) right up the back.

Ahah, the triannual asking of the how do you sort cards question. Invariably,
this brings out many responses, including mine (late, yes):

All my Bloodlines cards are at the front of my collection. I should just put
them back with everything else, but laziness hasn't helped organize my
collection much. The Bloodlines cards are organized like my other cards, with
the dual cards that only appear in BL in order by the major discipline (has inf
and SUP). Haven't put away my Gehenna or KMW cards yet.

Since I use ELDB, now FELDB to do most of my deck construction, I don't organize
my cards much by way of looking at them to see if they go together in decks. It
is more an ease of retrieval issue. So much of it is busted out by how they get
printed up in ELDB deck lists. Technically, I should probably just have all
library cards by type, then alpha. But I don't.

Vamps
Clan, then alpha within clan.
Clan library cards follow the vamps, in alphabetical order.

Library
Master Locations (should probably be filed in with masters)
Master other
Master clan hosers, just so I don't have to ever sort through them.

Discipline
Sorted by disciplines, then alpha within disciplines. At the front of each
discipline, I have 30 Master Discipline cards.
Triple discipline cards from Anarchs and after follow the discipline
section. I guess I could also move Bloodlines dual disc cards to preced trip
disc cards.

Non-Discipline
Sorted alphabetically by type (Action, Act Mod, etc), and then alpha within
each type. Dual type cards like Ritual of Bitter rose goes with the top type.
So my final card in my boxes is Tasha Morgan.

I keep everything in 6 3200 count boxes, which means I have about 20k cards.
Like Rava mentioned, I keep no more than 30 of any given card, except for very
useful one like Blood Dolls, Wakes, Freak Drives, etc. So I have some extra
cards, which I have in 8 5000 count boxes, as well as another 2 3200 count boxes
filled only with vamps. Those are just in strict alpha order, and only comprise
cards from Jyhad - Final Nights, and some BL splattered in there.

And of course the 8 decks and the 2000 or so cards "in transition" like all my
Gehenna and KMW and much of my Black Hand and Anarchs cards...

I guess I'm the only one who sorts it like this but:
Crypt
Group 1 Vampires are sorted by Clan and then Alphabetically
Group 2 and up are sorted Alphabetically because there are too many
clans and cards that swich clans when the advance, etc.

Then master cards sorted alphabetically

Then Political Actions sorted Alphabetically

Then Actions sorted alphabetically

Then Combat/Reaction/Action Modifier sorted Alphabetically (again, it
solves the issue of where to put Swallowed by the Night, etc).

Then Equipment/Retainers/Allies sorted alphabetically.

Then events sorted alphabetically

It is not elegant for deck construction purposes, but if I know what I
am looking for I can easily find it.
