[SOLVED] Question on utilizing all 3 M.2 slots on MSI MEG Z490 Unify

Been over 10 years last I upgraded a PC. One piece of hardware I find appealing are these M.2 SSD's. I decided on getting this board and one particular thing I like about it are the 3 M.2 slots. I plan on utilizing all 3 slots with a 2TB Samsung, specifically https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MFZXR1B/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My primary question is can I use this specific M.2 SSD in all 3 ports? My primary concern is looking at the Mobos' manual, specifically this section

In that pic above, what does it mean by stating the 3rd M.2 slot is PCI-E only? With my little bit of research online I see that some Sata ports will not work with specific M.2 lanes in use. Which I am fine with as I do not plan on using any of the Sata ports. But what is boggling me is the manual stating the 3rd M.2 slot is PCI-E only. Unsure exactly what it means by that
