What is your budget?
RX570 is still a decent graphics card today. More so, considering the current high prices for anything better.
It used to be that one should budget 2x the cost of the cpu for the graphics card.
No longer today.
What is your long term view of where your gaming may be going?
In other words, how strong does your cpu need to be looking forward 2-3 years?
Normally, I would advocate the latest tech when buying new.
But today, $250 will buy you a $100 i3-10100 that is considerably stronger than your FX-8350, 2 x 8gb kit of DDR4, and a lga1200 motherboard.
10100 is no slouch in gaming.
Here is a review:
Intel's Core i3-10100 is the most affordable Comet Lake "Core" processor. Unlike its predecessor, it finally has HyperThreading, which brings the core configuration to 4c/8t. Our Core i3-10100 review takes a close look at how Intel's new budget offering performs against AMD Ryzen 3 3100 and 3300X.

If you are inclined to go stronger, the 12th gen i3-12100 or I5-12400 processors are becoming available.
I think $125 and $210 respectively.
You will spend some $15 more for a non F processor which includes integrated graphics, I think that is a very wise option.
Should your RX570 fail, you can still run.
You will need a lga1700 motherboard. Pick the DDR4 variety, performance with DDR4 ram is similar to DDR5 and is, today much cheaper.
