[SOLVED] Question regarding budget graphics card and PCIE

I use an I7-2600 with a motherboard that does not support PCIE 3.0, only 2.0, and the graphics card that i'm going to get (GT 740 4GB), which will be used as a budget option, just for now, is 3.0. Would this impact my performance with the graphics card significantly? If so, does an adapter of PCIE 2.0 to 3.0 even exist? I don't have enough budget as is to simply replace the motherboard (Intel H61) for now.
