Hey guys so I just have some simple questions. I'm building a new gaming rig. Here are the component

Http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Tpvdwp

One question is how does the ethernet connection work? I see options for wired or wireless adapters. What is that. Do I have to bit that also or are the parts I have enough for a complete pc. Also do I have to purchase any extra cables to plug in?

-The page throws 404
-The cables usually come with the parts
-The MOBO is the one that usually comes with an ethernet port to directly connect the router, you can always buy an USB WiFi adapter so you don't bother yourself with PCI adapters

If you cant connect your pc to the router with a ethernet cable you will have to buy a wireless adapter to connect to the internet.

That link isnt working but make sure you have the following;

CPU
RAM
GPU
PSU
Case
Disk Drive
Operating system

Make sure all of these are compatible aswell. Many sites have a compatibility feature on there to make it easier to order the right parts.

Hope this helps, Kyle

Your link to your list dont work for some reason.

There is a ethernet connection on all motherboards today, just plug the ethernet stick intro your pc.

The internet comes in hardline or wireless or both, but thats between you and your ISP supplyer.
