Hi, I recently bought a RX 6950 XT card, so I need to do a platform upgrade, currently I have an i5 11400F... I don't want to spend a lot of money so:

i7-13700F + B760 or Z790(?)

R5 7600X + B650

These above two kits are the same price

i5-13400F + B760

R7 5800X3D + B550 or X570(?)

And these two kits are cheaper than the ones at the top..

Now I'm confused. I don't know what to choose for the best price/performance ratio and to match well with the RX 6950 XT

What motherboard do you currently have?
Why do you feel the need to upgrade cpu?

Anyway - you could just upgrade cpu instead of whole platform change.
i7-10700, i7-11700, i9-10900, i9-11900.

Then just upgrade cpu.
i7-10700, i7-11700, i9-10900, i9-11900.
Honestly, I hadn't thought of that, but it seems like a better idea and more economical... Will the i7-11700 or i9-11900 be enough for the 6950 XT? Won't these processors have a limited boost clock on this board? I think not because it's one of the top B560s, and it has good power sections, but I want to make sure

Still satisfied with my 10900F, it is an older 10-core, but has more cache than the 8 core i9-11900.

10th gen CPUs only support PCIe 3.0, so keep that in mind for storage.

Doesn't matter so much to the GPU, maybe a few percent here and there.

Turns out that a I5-11400 is quite a good processor for gaming.
Why do you think it is too weak?
Are you having performance problems?
What kinds of games do you play?
There is always a limiting factor in gaming.
Sometimes it is the cpu and sometimes the gpu.
