Hi everyone, I'm getting an AMD computer so far i have an XFX R9 390 but i need advice with the mobo, processor and RAM.
I have in mind the Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 and the AMD FX 9590, my real problem is with the RAM, idk which should i go for this set and i was searching for the mhz speed limit but i couldnt find it. I like corsair cause i think works better with the heat and everyone knows about the AMD and the heat they like best friends haha. Thanks

Solution

Ok and what do u have in mind cause i already have the R9 390 so what do u recomend me to go for? i like to see the game in High. And yes im kind of obsolet about building the pc since i left my natal country cuba lol but at least i have common sense and if u tell me that i wish to hear what u recomend me plz and thanks again for ur time. Also sry for my english if i say something wrong 🙁

The 9590's speed is deceiving....it's fast, but newer tech is doing a much better job at 'Instructions Per Clock' or IPC. Basically: new but slower Intel chips do more with each clock cycle than the older faster ones.

This would be like an i7 (8 threads), and would offer great performance for many years yet. The PSU is also sized so that a second 390 could be dropped in at any time.

Hmmm i was also thinking on going for an i7-4790 but remember i already have an amd graphic card so for best compatibility i should keep with amd that's what i read or u saying doesn't matter going intel now?

Thanks Geekwad. I already have the PSU Corsair ax 860i and not thinking on getting a new one for now and i aske u, doesnt matter going for intel even having the xfx r9 390?

Nope, a Radeon GPU will work just fine with an Intel setup.

Sry repeated my question didnt see u guys answer me XD. Sry guys for all the question the problem was i was reading and many ppl says to keep with amd having that card so i was going full amd.
My capital is like 600 maybe more that depends on me and it's for board ram micro. I also have 2x2tb hhd and 1x240 ssd so not getting a new one for now plz telle me the best for that money in the market dont wry about the price if is in that range

Lol i was completely wrong all this time hahaha i was reading wrong answers so now i just need to get a good intel cpu and mobo (the one u will recommend me haha)
