If the system is working well then leave things alone.

AKA "If it ain't broke then don't fix it".

I would want some very strong evidence showing real benefits of AI no matter what service or product is being touted.

= = = =

You can find out more about your PC's power setting by using the "powercfg" command in DOS.

FYI:

https://www.thewindowsclub.com/most-useful-commands-for-powercfg-command-line

Again, just look and maybe print out for future reference.

Then just leave alone until there is a specific problem.

I had an ASUS board for my 4770k. If I recall the AI Tweaker or whatever it was called wasn't too bad when it came to overclocking settings. A little more aggressive than it needed to be, but I am sure that how close it gets to correct very CPU dependent.

My particular 4770k wasn't very good, so I only ever got it up to 4.3Ghz at around 1.29 volts. Anything at or below 1.3 volts for the CPU core is fine for daily use.

So as long as that extreme VRM profile isn't letting LLC or something push the CPU to the limit, should be fine. Run a few benchmarks while keeping an eye on the core voltages with something like hardware monitor 64.
