I wanted to know if this is true. I heard if you install msn live on a priated version of windows xp pro, that it will detect it is a illegal version and mess up ur os.. this true ???

I think wherever you heard this from may have been confused between MSN Live and Windows Live. MSN is just a chat program, nothing more. Windows Live is a Antivirus program. That WILL detect if your windows is illegal or not.
