Hello, thanks for entering the post, I think I have a problem with my pc I have a Ryzen 5 2400 g and a 1650 super, when I am playing and I see the percentages of use of the GPU and CPU they always remain at 50% both, I am not sure if it's bottleneck

"Bottleneck" would be if one is at or close 100% and other one too low. All things being equal, your games probably don't require that much power.
That's usually a good thing. Are you getting expected FPS from those games ?

Total cpu usage is fairly meaningless, in your games are any individual cores/threads hitting 100%? Some games heavily rely on a single thread and once that hits 100% performance is maxed. What’s the full pc spec? Ryzen gaming is significantly impacted by RAM setup.
