so i wanted to buy new pc case and the one i can afford and get is

I suspect the issue you have is the GPU's I/O not fitting between the slats at the rear? A common problem of old chassis that were designed when single slot GPUs were the norm. You can just bend that slat out of the way.

Likely would fit, but that chassis doesn't look very good for airflow either.

You really want the front as intake so you can get fresh air to the GPU.

In the ms fighter s300 with exhaust fans in the top, or nothing, there is basically nowhere for cool air to come in. If you put intake fans in the top, they have to push air against the rising air current coming from the GPU, and the majority of cool air would escape via the rear exhaust. If you flipped that, there would be no way for air to get out of the chassis at all.

All pretty much have the same problem. A functionally sealed off front.

Can't really tell from the picture, but it looks like there is some side venting at the front on that Joker case. If it is large enough, that is better than nothing. You lose a lot of airflow taking a 90 degree turn to get in, so the fans will have to run a lot harder to get the same airflow as something more direct.
