Questions about $600 build

So I am almost ready to order the parts for my second build (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Z6CkK8), but I have a few questions. First, I would like to know if the fx 6300 (not overclocked) would bottleneck the r9 380. The second question I have is if 600 watts is enough to power an overclocked gpu and cpu (when I buy a cooler). Thanks for any responses.

No it wont bottleneck and yes you could overclock both with that PSU
