Approximate Purchase Date: This Month
Budget Range: Around $1200 - looking to maximize bang for buck, so if $1350 is the closest benchmark thats what Ill do.
System Usage: Gaming, Web Surfing, Movies
Monitor: Nope, have a benq xl2420te - not likely ill get those 120 fps with this build i know D:
Parts to upgrade: Full build!
OS: Yes. Im ok with win 8 or 7 makes no difference to me
Preferred Website: Any
Location: Albany, New York United States
Parts Preference: Intel CPU is my best bet?
Overclocking: Maybe - Id like to have the option if it doesn't cut into raw performance and/or isn't significantly more costly.
SLI or Crossfire: I don't think so.
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments: Quiet is obviously a perk. Ill be playing WoW - and would like to play on ultra? Ill most likely be playing ESO and the Division. Ive read I could play WoW on ultra with a much cheaper build but I want something that will last into my other gaming desires haha
Why am I upgrading?: I HAVE A MACBOOK PRO. Wish I had a brain 4 years ago.
Current Parts: Ive looked around a lot of these forums and am seeing mostly the same things. I have yet to decide on a case. Im lost as to what PSU I should choose - Ive read over clocking requires more juice but Idk just how much. Ive seen other MOBOs like the MSI Z87 and don't know what to make of it. The video card and CPU Cooler Ive chosen are based on recommendations in other forums.
