I plan to build a new gaming PC, which will also be used for drone video editing. I am considering the Phanteks Enthoo Pro case for my build (https://www.newegg.com/black-phanteks-enthoo-pro-atx-full-tower/p/11-854-003?Item=11-854-003). In the past I have just screwed my case fans onto my Corsair 600T case. I am considering using anti-vibration plugs, mounts, and/or pads with this Phanteks case. I also plan to install the maximum number of the largest diameters of fans that the case supports. My questions are:

1. Do anti-vibration accessories really work?
2. Should I use anti-vibration accessories with this Phanteks case?
3. If yes to the previous question, what anti-vibration accessories would you recommend? Could you also please provide links to your recommendation(s)?

Thanks in advance.

It was a big marketing thing back in 2004-2009 but than again we had DVD drives , mechanical hard drives, not to mention we could use those old over sized PC cases of the day as a saw horse.

The PC cases are now smaller so less internal acoustics to pick up all those moving devices and get a good hum going back in the day.

The only thing that moves in todays cases is the fans and as long as there in good condition most PC today are whisper quiet.

Thanks in advance.

good quality fans and larger fans usually have anti vibration dampeners on them zero issue to use them.

anti vibration plugs wont work on rear fan or slot and are a waste of money.

they might work on the front fan if its 200mm is noisy but again not a guarantee.

as for roof of the case are you doing a aio if you want it quiet go with 280mm or larger 360.

larger your fans the lower the rpm they can run while doing more. and thus quieter
