Questions about Nvidia control panel and the "BEST" setting for GTX 1070

Hi Everyone,

first question, is there such a thing as the best setting for the nvidia control panel? should i override game settings or the other way around?

Its a brand new build and I am just trying to figure out the best approach to dial in the setting.

The only thing I remember reading one time was to switch to single display performance if you are not running two monitors.
