Question Questions about using the USB-C port ?

I have an MSI B760M Mag WiFi and have some question:

1. Can I use the rear USB-C port to charge my phone?
2. Will it be enough to do fast charging?
3. Will doing it often cause any damage to the mobo in the long run?

I have 14600k and rtx 4060 with 650w PSU if that helps.
